Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Yoomey runs the entire process inside your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your file is read into your device’s memory, processed there, and handed back to you as a download. We never receive it, so we cannot see, store or leak it — you can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool keeps working.

Is this a legally valid signature?

Accepted Answer

It creates an electronic signature — an image of your signature placed on the document — which many countries accept for everyday agreements. It is not a certificate-based digital signature; some regulated documents require one from a qualified provider.

Is my signature stored anywhere?

Accepted Answer

No. Your signature exists only in this browser tab while you work and disappears when you close it. It is never uploaded or saved on a server.

Question 4

Can I put the same signature or initials on every page?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Select the signature on the page and click “Copy to all pages”. Each copy can then be moved individually.
